You've Always Known Your Brain Works Differently
This free, two-minute quiz helps you understand how to work with your stress response pattern — and what kind of support actually makes sense for you.
You're not new to trying. You’re just missing the right support.
You've probably already done therapy, read the books, listened to the podcasts. And something still isn't clicking.
Not because you're doing it wrong — but because the support hasn't been built for the way your brain actually works.
You might be neurodivergent. You might be burned out. You might just be someone who has always felt a little different — and is done pretending otherwise.
Either way, you're in the right place.
Take the quiz and walk away with:
Your personal stress response pattern — and what it actually means
A short video from Dr. Rebeccah Lyles made specifically for your result
Real clarity on why you respond the way you do (hint: it’s because you’re unique)
A starting point for getting support that actually makes sense
A Space for Layered, Unique People
Mind Medicine Clinic is a boutique psychiatric practice in Albuquerque, virtually serving all of New Mexico. We’re a safe space specifically for queer, neurodivergent, and BIMPOC adults who are trying to navigate all the roles they've been assigned by society.
We don't do one-size-fits-all, and we don't want you to filter who you are. We start with understanding how your mind actually works — then create support around that.
Finding people who get it, who don't question your experience, and who don't need you to change who you are — that's not too much to ask. We’re here to empower you to name your difference and seek the support you deserve.
Dr. Rebeccah Lyles, DNP, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with 8 years of nursing experience — including work with the Indian Health Service, bedside nursing during the pandemic, and inpatient psychiatric care. She also spent 15 years as a hairstylist, which helped shape her ability to talk to and relate to others.
She's joined by a team of queer, neurodivergent, and BIMPOC clinicians who care deeply about seeing beyond the diagnosis and affirming the whole person.
